Psychiatrist

Allo Health is a fast-growing healthcare startup specializing in sexual health, with plans to expand into mental health services. We currently operate 45+ clinics across major cities including Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, and Hyderabad, with a network of 50+ doctors. With rapid expansion plans, we aim to launch 35+ new clinics across India in the coming months. We are looking for MD Psychiatrists to join our growing clinical team and support patients through high-quality, empathetic care in sexual and mental health domains.

Locations:

Tamil Nadu ? Madurai, Salem, Trichy Engagement Model:

• Part-time role (4 hours per day)
• Flexible working model (clinic-based)

• Provide psychiatric consultations to patients across sexual and mental health concerns
• Diagnose and manage mental health conditions
• Work closely with internal medical teams to ensure holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinical protocols
• Deliver patient-centric, non-judgmental, and confidential care

• MD in Psychiatry (mandatory)
• 2?6 years of experience post MD
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling sexual health-related cases
• Open to part-time / flexible work model

• Prior OPD / clinic experience
• Exposure to counseling or therapy-based care
• Comfortable working in a startup environment
