We are currently seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide in-home psychiatric care in Bronx, NY . This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to deliver direct, personalized treatment to patients in the comfort of their homes. You'll receive full support including a dedicated driver and medical scribe , allowing you to focus on what matters most patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations in patients' homes
• Assess mental health symptoms and review medical history
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and manage medication adherence
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis and ongoing care
• Coordinate with collaborating physicians and other specialists
• Utilize a medical scribe for accurate, efficient documentation
• Maintain compliance with safety and privacy regulations

Requirements

• Education: Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Licensure: Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License
• Certification: Board Certification in Psychiatry required (PMHNP)
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of PMHNP experience required
• Technical Skills: Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, and medication management
• Soft Skills: Compassionate communication, cultural sensitivity, adaptability
