We are seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to deliver high-quality mental health care through in-home visits in the Bronx, NY. This rewarding position allows for personalized patient care with full administrative support, including a dedicated driver and medical scribe , so you can focus on what truly mattersyour patients.

• Perform comprehensive in-home psychiatric evaluations
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications and therapies
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and referring physicians
• Educate patients and caregivers on mental health and care management
• Leverage a scribe to document visits efficiently and accurately

Requirements

• Education: Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Licensure: Active New York State NP License
• Certification: Board Certification in Psychiatry (PMHNP)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year as a PMHNP required
• Technical Skills: Strong in assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and treatment planning
• Soft Skills: Empathy, flexibility, and clear communication
