Are you a dedicated Property Manager with experience in LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8, or Fair Housing laws? We're looking for someone like you to join our team in Manitowoc, Wisconsin! We're also happy to assist with relocation costs if you're new to the area. Experience in MultiFamily Property Management Required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with residents, staff, vendors, and agencies.
- Complete timely reports for clients and agencies.
- Develop resident programs to enhance community life.
- Manage budgets for optimal property performance.
- Coordinate maintenance and ensure safety standards.
- Stay compliant with Fair Housing laws.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of Property Management experience - REQUIRED
- Knowledge of LIHTC required
- Section 8 experience - preferred.
- Certifications are a plus.
- Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in property management software.
