Property Maintenance Technician Opportunity
Our client in
Albany, NY ?is looking for a hardworking, motivated
Property Maintenance Technician? to join their team.?The ideal candidate will be
experienced, reliable, and willing to work!
What's in it for you?
$20.00/hr.
7AM - 4PM - with flexibility for urgent calls.
Paid training
Full time hours
Healthcare benefits, 100% paid premiums, 401k, and more!
What will you be doing?
Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on apartments, common areas, and parking lots.?
Adhere to routine service calls, turnover cleanings, painting, and snow removal.
Provide on call coverage for emergency calls.
Document and maintain records as required.
What do you bring?
Positive, can-do attitude, and strong communication skills.
High School Diploma required.
2+ years of property maintenance experience.
Ability to work well with others and multitask.
