Requirements

Proven experience as a property and casualty insurance agent or in a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent analytical skills to assess clients' risks and recommend appropriate coverage.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with insurance software.
Active property and casualty insurance license is required.
