Location : Hybrid (On-site every Friday for in-person meetings and additional in-office presence during the week)

Employment Type : Long-Term Contract (Starting with 6 months, with the possibility of extending through the year)

Job Purpose:

We are in search of a Senior Project Manager with substantial experience in managing projects related to Networking, Infrastructure, and Telecom, such as LAN/WAN, routers, switches, wireless access points, phone systems, and camera systems. This position will involve leading and managing large-scale technical projects, while working closely with internal teams, external clients, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• Lead and oversee the execution of projects related to Networking, Infrastructure, and Telecom systems.
• Manage the deployment of network hardware, including routers, switches, wireless access points, phone systems, and camera systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors, school districts, and internal teams to ensure projects meet deadlines and requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication among all parties involved to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise project teams to ensure proper management of tasks, risks, and deadlines.
• Ensure all technical and operational standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

• 5+ years of experience in managing projects related to Networking, Infrastructure, and Telecom.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master , CCNA , and/or CCNP are strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects involving network hardware, WLAN/LAN systems, fiber optics, phone systems, and camera systems.
• Experience working with K-12 school districts or SLED (State, Local, and Education) sectors is highly desirable.
• Prior experience with Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Smartsheets, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both internal IT teams and external clients and vendors.
• A detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated individual, capable of managing complex and time-sensitive projects.

• Knowledge of CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television), PA (Public Address Systems), and Intrusion (motion detection security systems).
• CCTV : Video surveillance systems used for security.
• PA : Sound amplification systems for public announcements.
• Intrusion : Technology used for motion detection and security alerts.
