Project Manager Lead

1 Resource Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction or engineering industry and demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities.

As the Project Manager Lead, you will:

• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules and oversee all phases of project execution
• Build and lead project teams, fostering a spirit of collaboration and excellence
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues
• Ensure all projects comply with applicable standards and regulations
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct project reviews and generate reports for management and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience managing construction or engineering projects
• Proven experience in leading and developing project teams
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
