Project Manager

American Concrete Products is a leading manufacturer of quality concrete products for various industries. We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about the construction industry and has a strong background in project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of assigned projects
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Track and report project performance metrics to management
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the construction industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to effectively manage resources and budgets
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• PMP certification is a plus
