Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Define strategy, oversee implementation, and manage ongoing delivery initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
• Ensure visibility into delivery metrics and actively communicate progress, targets, and commitments to stakeholders.
• Lead multiple project teams, maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction, quality, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with project sponsors, cross-functional departments, and project managers to scope and plan initiatives effectively.
• Develop project roadmaps including resource planning, budgeting, and scheduling to support strategic initiatives.
• Own profit and loss management for projects under supervision.
• Generate accurate and timely reports across the delivery lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks; manage escalations efficiently.
• Contribute to strategic planning in partnership with the marketing team and collaborate with the presales team.
• Lead, mentor, and manage diverse project teams, ensuring goals related to quality, customer satisfaction, safety, and performance are consistently met.
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture that promotes shared ownership, trust, and high engagement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Preferably from a development background, with strong exposure to software engineering processes.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP, particularly in a product-driven environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and team-building capabilities.
• Strong technical awareness to effectively plan, track, and control technical programs.
• Ability to develop compelling business cases and secure approvals.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, including vendor negotiations.
• In-depth understanding of program and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and setting delivery priorities.
• Ability to guide project teams, resolve issues, and anticipate risks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Broad experience across areas such as application development & maintenance, systems integration, product engineering, product support, or project management consulting.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 are a plus.
• Experience with .NET technologies is desirable.
