Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, outlining scope, tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and outcomes.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and cost control.
• Foster relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations to provide tailored solutions.
• Lead project meetings and conduct presentations to document progress and solicit feedback.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in recruitment or executive search.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
