Job Description

Job/Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Full-Time)

We at V3 Middle East Engineering Consultants are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He will be responsible for the successful delivery of stadium construction projects from inception to completion. The role involves overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations in terms of scope, budget, time, and quality.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of stadium development projects.
Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with international stadium standards and safety regulations.
Oversee risk management and implement corrective actions when needed.
Maintain effective communication with senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; PMP certification preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in stadium or sports facility construction.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic language skills.
Willingness to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is a must.
