Job Description

Title: Project Manager (HR, Workday, ADP)

Location: 100% Remote Work

Duration: 6Months Contract with extension

Rate: $Open/hr.

Requirements

Required Skills

9+ years' experience in project/program management
9+ years in managing large complex programs with multiple stakeholders
International project experience
Must have experience with payroll and/or payroll and finance projects, such as Workday, ADP, e-TIme, Inspire and/or product areas including Benefits, Equity or Time & Attendance systems
Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation skills
Core Project Management skills - Scope management, Delivery on time, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Budget Management
Should have experience with infrastructure projects
Scheduling Skills (MS Project or equivalent)

Desired:

Supply Chain skills/experience
Learning Systems Experience
Conflict management / problem solving
Negotiation skills
Financial experience (budget planning)
Contract management (SoW, Contracts, work orders, etc.)
