Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Elite Sourcing LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager - Commercial Construction to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. • Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project scope and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is being completed to standards.
• Manage project budgets and control costs, ensuring financial accountability.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
