As a Project Management Specialist Your Day-to-Day May Involve?

• Providing administrative support to Project Management Coordinators
• Assisting with building client relationships by ensuring client records are accurately maintained
• Assisting with client meeting preparation
• Ensuring all team deadlines are met or exceeded to ensure the flow of the client lifecycle
• Thoroughly follows up and follows through on assignments to completion

Housekeeping:

• Location: Provo/Orem, Utah Area
• Status: Full-time, 100% onsite
• Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:25 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
