Job Description
seeking a Project Management Specialist to support our government customer based in Tallahassee, Florida.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or four (4) years of equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of project support and/or management experience.
- PMP® certification.
- Experience managing projects with a large, distributed user base.
- Experience managing state government projects and familiarity with Rule 60GG-1, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C).
- Experience managing vendor projects and working with technical programming teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.
- Knowledge of IT standards in a criminal justice environment.
- Strong negotiation, mediation, facilitation, and team-building skills.
- Team player attitude with high energy and a diligent work ethic.
