Job Title: Project Coordinator / Senior Project Coordinator

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 3 to 6 years in Corporate Office Fitout Projects

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, executing, and closing corporate office fitout projects.

Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.

Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Facilitate communication between team members and external partners.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.

Support the Senior Project Manager in project strategy and execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architecture or related field.

3 to 6 years of experience in coordinating corporate office fitout projects.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with budgeting and cost estimation.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
