Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience in project coordination or project management is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally within an MSP or IT services environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, or other project tracking tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Collaborate with technical support, network engineers, and account managers to ensure resource alignment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The capability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Assist in coordinating IT projects involving Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and related services.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, deliverables, track milestones, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and risks; escalate issues as needed.
• Organize project meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
• Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to communicate and meet project goals and expectations.
