- 3+ years experience in single family new home design and construction.
- Proficiency in relevant design software.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to articulate design ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- Oversee, review, and stamp all architectural design documents submitted
