Program Manager

Milestone LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager to oversee and enhance our mental health programs. • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in program management, preferably in the mental health or social services sector.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing diverse teams.
• Demonstrated knowledge of program development, implementation, and evaluation techniques.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and utilizing technology for program management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and best practices in mental health services.
