Program Manager

1. Oversee End-to-End Project Delivery

Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of banking and financial programs such as digital transformation, core banking upgrades, or compliance initiatives.

Ensure all project milestones are met within scope, timeline, and budget.

2. Budgeting and Financial Management

Develop detailed budgets for programs and monitor expenditures to ensure cost control.

Provide regular financial updates to stakeholders and identify areas for cost optimization.

3. Regulatory Compliance Management

Ensure programs adhere to relevant financial regulations, such as Basel III, IFRS, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), or GDPR.

Work closely with compliance teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.

4. Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise with internal departments (e.g., risk, IT, operations) and external vendors to ensure seamless program execution.

Act as the main point of contact for senior management, providing regular progress updates.

5. Risk and Issue Resolution

Identify potential risks (financial, operational, or regulatory) during the program lifecycle.

Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address risks proactively.

6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for program success and regularly track progress.

Prepare detailed reports on program outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations for future improvements.
