One of our companies is currently looking for a Program Manager in the United States .

This Program Manager role is a strategic opportunity to lead critical initiatives that align with business goals and drive measurable impact. You'll be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of multiple cross-functional projects while ensuring strong communication, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery. Reporting to executive leadership, you'll help refine and implement program management best practices within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role blends high-level strategic thinking with day-to-day project coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative, evolving settings.

Accountabilities:

• Define program scope, objectives, and key deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Lead the execution and oversight of multiple, concurrent projects from initiation to completion
• Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure projects meet budget and quality expectations
• Develop and maintain key program documentation, including charters, roadmaps, and KPIs
• Identify and mitigate program-level risks, escalating issues when necessary
• Deliver regular updates and performance reports to executive stakeholders
• Help shape and improve internal program management methodologies and frameworks
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to drive innovation in program delivery

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or consulting
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs successfully
• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to risk management
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, or Atlassian
• PMP or PgMP certification is a plus
• Experience in B2B SaaS or AI/ML environments is a bonus
