Program Manager (Contingent)

As a Program Manager at ARETUM, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage programs for the Program Executive Office (PEO) and ensure the successful delivery of technology-driven solutions that meet the unique needs of our government clients.

• Provides day to day direction for a group of subordinates
• Provides expert functional guidance to employees
• Interfaces with Government management to resolve problems
• Establishes priorities of work to subordinates based on Government goals and objectives
• Interfaces between Government customer and contractor
• Performs other PM direct support functional roles
• Distribute and balance workload in accordance with established workflows and assure timely accomplishment of the assigned workload
• Give on the job training to new employees in accordance with established procedures and practices
• Lead the team in assessing its strengths and weaknesses and provide leadership to the team in exploring alternatives and determining improvements
• Articulate and communicate to the team the assignment, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, suspense and time frames for completion
• Assigns work to personnel according to workload, ability and priority of assignment and Provides instruction and assistance as necessary on problems or issue

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management, preferably with government contracting experience.
• Seeking candidates with a logistics background
• Experience in the full proposal lifecycle, including setting up proposals, participating in oral presentations, and contributing to the writing and refinement of proposal content from inception.
• Proven track record in successfully managing and delivering large, complex programs.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Active Top Secret clearance required
