For the role, we are hiring professionals for our Excellence Center based in Jakarta. We are looking for Engineering or equivalent, preferably with MBA, candidates from premier Universities and with a background in an early stage consumer facing product company. As a Program Director, you will play a key role in driving the organization's growth by introducing our products and service offerings to the market and by growing our payment network in a region. The role initially will focus on Indonesia and would eventually grow as the company expands in other geographies.

What your current role should be like?

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives, ideally within a startup or dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to multitask in managing complex projects and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with partners and stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring mutual growth and alignment.
• Strong expertise in program governance, process development, and risk management, with a track record of addressing dependencies and mitigating challenges.
• Experience in launching and driving go-to-market strategies, especially for digital or hardware solutions, in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to lead operational excellence initiatives and drive strategic enhancements in customer support, SOP creation, and process improvements.
• Identify, plan, and execute product-related technical requirements for specific projects.

What will you do?

• You will perform a cross-functional role and will be responsible for introducing our products and services to the market in a timely and cost effective manner.
• You will define the processes and governance around programs and projects and ensure adherence to them.
• You will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading programs/projects from ideation through to completion.
• You will develop high-quality project charters and plans based on the business requirements and available project resources.
• You will manage all aspects of a project, end-to-end, to agreed-upon customer requirements and will ensure all technical, compliance, and quality targets are met.
• You will spearhead innovative projects, including successful launch of impactful hardware/software products and oversee their scalability across the organization.
• You will identify, analyze and address project risks and dependencies, with the regular sharing of lessons learned.
• You will prepare various project reports for management, client, and other stakeholders.
• You will manage various integration activities with third-party vendors and internal systems for seamless collaboration.
• You will identify market segments for pilot testing and define success criteria for it.
• You will develop and execute strategies to measure market reception of our products and will work closely with the product team to refine the products based on market feedback.
• You will spearhead various integration activities going on with our partners.
• You will spot challenges, trends and opportunities (including but not limited to regulations and business) to help formulate an effective product development strategy.
• You will utilize strategic data analysis to improve operations and evaluate business performance metrics.
• You will develop clear and concise documentation for the consumption of various stakeholders, internal and external, in your remit.
• You will be agile and flexible to contribute outside your defined responsibilities to help the organisation grow at a fast pace.

What do you have?

• You have more than 6 years of relevant experience in a leadership role.
• You have good exposure to Fintech products and financial institutions, and have an understanding of financial regulations.
• You have demonstrated expertise in managing strategic marketing campaigns, including digital and 360 campaigns, leading to significant engagement and revenue growth.
• You have successfully spearheaded the introduction of multiple products in markets in your previous engagements.
• You have implemented proven strategies to measure the success of product launch through market research and customer feedback.
• You have headed multiple pilot projects simultaneously with a team of passionate and talented individuals.
• You have experience in various project management methodologies and tools, and have managed end-to-end deliveries of multiple projects.
• You are experienced in creating and managing project plans, in MPP or equivalent, spanning thousands of line items, with resources and budget requirements clearly articulated.
• You are an expert in creating a work-breakdown structure and WBS dictionary, and in identifying and documenting risks and dependencies for each element.
• You have a proven track record of collaborating across diverse teams and vendors for project success.
• You preferably have PMP and/or Prince2 certifications.
• You can multitask and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• You have a leadership DNA with proven ability to excite and lead a cross-functional team.
• You are an expert in conflict resolution and can bring everybody on the same page.
• You have demonstrated results in improving operational workflows through innovative SOPs and data-driven decisions.
• You preferably have payment domain knowledge and have a background in an early stage product company.
