Program Associate - CX, Amazon Pay CX

As a Program associate you will manage to conduct NPS across multiple product lines (e.g. Travels, bills payment, UPI etc.). The insights you generate will have a direct impact on how product teams can shape customer experience improvement initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities:

As a associate, the candidate will work closely with product, program, marketing and BI team on for smooth running of NPS program. The candidate will be expected to have a high bar in managing the stakeholders across multiple team within Amazon. The role will cover:

A)

Managing end to end operations of the program and stakeholder

B)

Preparing & maintaining and publishing results via advanced dashboards or tableau for leadership

C)

Coordinating with stakeholders for smooth running of workflow

D)

Apply best practices and focus on areas of improvement & automation of manual processes

E)

Ability to work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

F)

Be curious, eager to learn, and think outside the box to innovate

G)

Have a passion for continuously improving customer experience

H)

Understand complex business problems across product lines to create hypotheses and translate this into analysis requirements and identify meaningful insights that help Amazon improve our customer experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Math, or related discipline

Proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of SQL preferred

Strong Analytical skills ? has ability to start from ambiguous problem statements, identify and access relevant data, make appropriate assumptions, derive meaningful insights and draw conclusion relevant to the business problem.

Communication skills ? ability to communicate efficiently (written and spoken) in English. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical problems in simple plain stories. Ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in working with Excel/ SQL.

2+ years' experience with E-Commerce, Retail and Business Analytics would be an advantage.
