We are seeking a Program Analyst for our Delivery Service Partner team.

Key job responsibilities

The role will be responsible for tracking and reporting key metrics/ sentiments that help us enhance the experience of our Delivery Associates and Delivery Service Providers. The role owner will be expected to analyze data to derive insights or trends, create dashboards and report outs for leadership, work across stakeholder teams to drive closure of action items and raise the bar on Amazon's data visualization and representation practices.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to learn new tools for data visualization and reporting

Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
