We're excited to offer an amazing General Labor opportunity with Parallel Employment at a manufacturing company in Lake Geneva.

The role involves General Labor & Metal Prep/Bonding. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team. You'll be a key player, Metal prep/bonding is where all the action starts!

Key duties as a general laborer would be picking metal parts that are needed, soaking them in a soapy solution to clean them, and then putting product in sand blasters to make sure they are super clean as possible. Carefully spray paint the metals with a bonding material.

Shift: 2nd shift 2:45p-11:15p

Wage: $19.61/trainee $20.78/trained

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Availability to work 40 hours plus overtime.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong reliability and a positive attitude.
