Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start).

Must be interested and available to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as scheduled on an 8 to 12-hour fixed night shift or rotating shift, depending on shift availability.

Must be able to reliably commute to Menomonie, WI or plan to relocate prior to start (This position is in Menomonie, WI, 54751)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Basic computer knowledge

Post-high school education

Self-motivated, team-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills

Work Location: + Menomonie, WI

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic

The starting rate of pay for this position between $21.56 and $26.88/hour. This targeted compensation range represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
