Job Description

The Production Manager at Elve is responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are met. You will lead a team of production staff, manage daily production schedules, and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach in analyzing production metrics, troubleshooting operational issues, and collaborating closely with engineering and maintenance teams to achieve optimal performance. As a strategic leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Requirements

Must have:

  • Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • In-depth understanding of production processes and methodologies
  • In-depth understanding of production scheduling and resource management
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
  • Proficient in production management software and data analysis
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach

Good to have:

  • Experience with RF manufacturing or cleanroom processes
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
  • Experience with quality management systems and tools (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a related role, including at least 2-3 years of people management
  • Experience in a high-tech or electronics manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record of analyzing data to drive decision-making and strategic decisions
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Proficiency in operations related software and systems, with strong Microsoft Office and Google suite skills
  • To conform to U.S. Government technology export regulations, including Export Administration Regulations (EAR), to work in this role you must be one of the following: a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
