Production Executive

Requirements

Job Description :-

• Oversee the production process and develop production schedules.
• Ensure production meets quality standards and deadlines.
• Monitor and control production costs while maximizing productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., supply chain, quality control, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage and lead production staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Identify process improvements and implement lean manufacturing practices.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team.
• Drive cost savings while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Mandatory Skills :-

• BE/B.Tech (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus .
• General knowledge of engineering, technology for production of electrical cabinets
• Ability to read and use technical documents.
• Knowledge of measurement (selecting the correct measuring method).
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent in English speaking and excellent in reading and writing
