Job Title: Production and Automation Maintenance Associate

The Production Maintenance Associate is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment and machinery. This role will involve performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment breakdowns, and making necessary repairs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Location: Boise, ID

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment according to established schedules.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Repair and replace faulty components or parts to restore equipment functionality.
• Conduct regular inspections of production machinery to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and repair times.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with production team members to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on new technologies and maintenance techniques.

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical or vocational training in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills
