Is this role for you?

Join us at an exciting time as we scale up our client base and continue on our journey of enabling our coaches to operate at scale including by further automating the coach:client interaction.

You will work directly with our founder & leadership team to lead our AI-driven coaching interactions and the coach interface to increase the productivity of our human coaches whilst delivering a hyper-personalised coaching experience to clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Craft and optimize AI-driven prompts to enhance the coach-client interaction based on user feedback and our roadmap for enhancing the coaching programme
• Lead our system governing client interactions - both automated and those used by coaches - containing our tools (co-pilots, prompt calling, API integrations, the coach interface etc)
• Integrate new technologies (eg speech-to-text, image recognition) to enhance automation whilst maintaining the personal touch.
• Educate and synchronize our coaching team with new functionalities and system enhancements..

Requirements

You'll be a great fit if you meet these requirements:

• You are a top logical thinker and skilled writer, a requirement to structure complex and high performing AI-driven prompts.
• You are systematic and have a strong attention to detail, so as to ensure a rigorous development of our automation systems and interface with our coaches.
• You have a strong product sense and product experience to help you develop a slick self-serve interface for our coaches that can be scaled.
• Passionate about Gen AI and the domain of healthy living (prompting experience is a +)
