Collect,compile,verify,andanalyzedataonproductperformanceandcustomerfeedbacktoidentifyproduct/servicefeaturesthatneedtobechangedtomeetcustomerneeds.

Maintainrecordsofsalesvolume,revenues,andadvertisingcostsandanalyzethemagainstforecaststoidentifyareaswherethesalesperformanceoftheproduct/serviceneedstobeimproved.

Developknowledgeoftheorganization'sproducts,services,andcustomersbyworkingcloselywithmoreexperiencedbrand/productmanagers.
