We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead end-to-end product lifecycle efforts using structured project management practices. This role involves overseeing product design, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with technical and business teams to define requirements, mitigate risks, and ensure that software solutions meet organizational goals.

Requirements

• Create and manage detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables across all product phases.
• Oversee and allocate project resources, including hiring and mentoring team members.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather and validate product requirements.
• Lead development teams to ensure timely delivery of scalable, high-quality software products.
• Define test strategies and ensure products are fully tested before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate and support UAT processes, including planning product rollouts and release procedures.
• Develop and present cost-benefit analyses to justify project investments and priorities.
• Ensure adherence to systems development methodologies and project management standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to executive stakeholders, steering committees, or sponsors.

• Strong background in project and product management across all lifecycle stages.
• Effective leadership, team-building, and personnel management skills.
• Flexible, adaptive decision-maker capable of managing shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to quickly grasp new business processes and collaborate across multiple organizational levels.
• Skilled in risk evaluation and applying strategic management techniques to technology and business solutions.
• Experience leading the delivery of technology and business application projects in complex, multi-system environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required.
• An advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.
• PMP or PMI certification is required.
• 10+ years of professional experience in product or project management roles.
