As a Product Designer , you will play a critical role in shaping our product's user experience and visual direction. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design thoughtful, user-friendly, and scalable solutions. You will be expected to take ownership of design problems from start to finishfrom discovery and ideation to prototyping and implementation.

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end design efforts across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.
• Translate insights into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
• Advocate for design best practices and consistency across products and platforms.
• Use data and feedback to continuously iterate and improve product experiences.
• Participate in design critiques and contribute to the evolution of our design system.

• 45 years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions, visual design, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design.
• Experience working closely with product managers and engineers to deliver usable, valuable, and feasible products.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design rationale clearly.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating clean, beautiful, and user-friendly interfaces.

• Experience with motion design or prototyping tools like Principle, After Effects, or Framer.
• Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to better collaborate with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS or tech startup environment.
