What You'll DoAs our lead design hire, you'll own design across the company from shaping user experiences to prototyping new AI/LLM-powered concepts. In the short term, you'll collaborate with product and engineering to rapidly explore, prototype, and validate high-impact features. Over time, you'll evolve into the design leader for the organization, helping us build scalable, beautiful, and intuitive workflows for our users.
