3?Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
4?Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
5?Creative vision and the ability to provide constructive feedback to creative team members
6?Knowledge of the film and television industry, including current trends and emerging technologies
7?Master's degree in film, communications, or related field preferred, but not required
