Job Summary:Process Improvement Manager (CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH)

SP Associates is seeking a Process Improvement Manager for a confidential search, based in North Carolina . This position is ideal for someone with a Textile Engineering, Process Improvement, and/or R&D background and expertise in setting up equipment for polyurethane production . The role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing new technology in a production setting.

Company Overview: The company is a global leader in engineered polymer solutions, working with major industry brands to drive performance and innovation in various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert for new technology implementation.
Validate process capabilities and resolve production quality or efficiency issues.
Collaborate with teams across development, production, quality control, and safety.
Troubleshoot and support the production line during installation and validation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in the polymer processing industry (preferred).
Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and statistical analysis is a plus.
Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

Occasional domestic and potential international travel.
