Process Engineering Intern Summer 2025 (SSO - Tektronix)

This Process Engineering Intern will analyze, develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequences, specifications, and equipment requirements for product servicing. The intern will also implement processes to measurably improve efficiency and quality metrics.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with service engineering, quality assurance, and operations teams to identify and implement improvements.

Participate in project management activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Design and develop tooling and fixtures by applying knowledge of process design.

Troubleshoot process and equipment failures, as well as quality issues; identify root causes and implement solutions.

Support continuous improvement activities, including standard work, visual controls, document control, and 5S.

Qualifications:

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis.

Proven analytical and statistical problem-solving skills, process improvement, and knowledge of process control.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
