Job Description

Job Purpose:

This role is to record bank transactions and reconciliation including documentation and matching with GL. Process Associate needs to perform day-to-day management of recoding entries, preparing reconciliation in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Recording of bank related transactions, bank charges, fund transfers in multiple currencies
Prepare accurate, timely statements in accordance with the schedule.
Conduct monthly and quarterly Bank reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
Knowledge of currency exchange revaluation.
Keeping track of remittances and providing settlement instructions to banks.
Working with other departments to clear bank transaction form cash management module.
Knowledge of LC and Bank Guarantee and Oracle is required
Analyse financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the reporting manager's attention
Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary
Reconcile balance sheet accounts
Conduct regular ledger maintenance Senior Accountant qualifications and skills
Provide supporting documentation for audits.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce is required. Masters Degree desirable.
1 to 3 years of experience
Expertise in Bank Reconciliation process; Knowledge on recording multiple currency related transitions.
Should have Sound Knowledge of MS excel & other MS Office applications
Experience in Oracle ERP will be preferable
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize multiple on-going projects
