IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As a Process & Data Officer at Envalior, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of master data within our Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes. Your primary responsibility will be entering and managing master data in SAP ECC, following detailed working instructions. This role is vital to maintaining the integrity of business operations, as high-quality data underpins accurate decision-making, reliable reporting, and cost-efficient business processes. Additionally, you will be working with instructions to correctly enter data from request forms into SAP. In some cases, you will use upload tools, and you'll need to determine when these tools are appropriate or when manual data entry is required. For additional support, you'll collaborate with the Process & Data Specialist as needed.

You will make key contributions to Envalior

• Manage master data workflows related to SCM and manufacturing.
• Coordinate the SAP master data workflow process (create/change/delete) across various departments to ensure data quality, workflow progress, and compliance with internal control standards.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a bachelor's degree.
• Has hands-on experience with SAP SCM module and Master Data Management.
• Possesses strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
