We are seeking a highly skilled Probate Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience and a strong academic background from a top-tier law school. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of probate law, trust disputes, and fiduciary litigation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to contribute to high-stakes cases and work alongside experienced litigators in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of probate litigation, including trust and estate disputes, fiduciary litigation, will contests, and related matters.
• Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Engage in discovery, including depositions, document production, and interrogatories.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners on complex litigation matters to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from a top-tier law school.
• Minimum of 5 years of probate litigation experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases from inception through trial or resolution.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Active member in good standing with the [Insert State] Bar.
