Private Funds Associate

Winston & Strawn is searching for a mid-level to senior level private investment funds associate. Ideal candidates will have extensive fund formation experience with private fund managers. Skillset includes representing private investment funds in all stages of operations, including fund formation, regulatory matters, and small business investment company (SBIC) licensing. Experience drafting or reviewing private offering materials is required. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location. While Chicago, New York, and DC are our principal focus for this position, candidates for our other offices will be considered.
