Summary DLA Piper is seeking attorneys with a demonstrated interest in transactional work to join our Private Equity practice as part of our Professional Track Attorney program in our Boston office. This is?a position which will allow you to work on client projects across cutting-edge practices, industries and borders. As part of this program, you will be immediately integrated into a practice group and be part of a team. Your day will involve acting as the attorney primarily responsible for diligence on M&A transactions, supporting leveraged buy-out transactions in all facets, and representing clients in connection with daily matters including equity grants and corporate governance matters. Strong performance in this role can, and although not guaranteed often does, lead to promotion and/or other varied experiences within the practice that will add to your skill set and build your base of client work.? Experience 1 - 3 years of transactional law experience. Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience. Pay Transparency The firm?s expected hiring range for this position is $150,000 - $378,685 per year depending on the candidate?s geographic market location. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate?s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
