Job Description

Seeking an associate with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a large law firm to join our private client practice. The successful applicant must possess a background in estate planning, tax, and business succession planning. Candidates with significant experience in estate administration and drafting trust agreements and wills are highly desirable. In addition, the successful applicant must have excellent communication and analytical skills. This position will be resident in our Philadelphia office. Active Pennsylvania bar membership is preferred.
