Job Description

Loeb & Loeb seeks a senior associate with at least five years of relevant experience in private client planning to join our Private Client group in the New York office. Our team has significant experience assisting individuals and families with sophisticated estate and tax planning techniques, drafting complex and bespoke wills and trusts, estate and trust administration, including preparation of estate and gift tax returns and trust modification techniques, charitable planning, as well as tax planning with respect to business interests, life insurance, and other special assets. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Chapter 14 compliant planning for private equity and hedge fund managers is desirable. Our current hybrid work policy entails three days per week in the office, with Wednesday being mandatory. To be considered, please provide your cover letter, resume including relevant experience and skills and law school transcript. The salary range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $285,000 and a maximum of $325,000 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
