Principal FullStack Developer (MERN)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Principal FullStack Developer (MERN) to lead our full-stack development projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and a strong track record of delivering high-quality web applications. • Project Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• FullStack Development: Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications.
• Database Management: Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are optimized for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Code Quality: Maintain high standards of code quality, including code reviews and best practices.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 4+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects using the MERN stack.

Skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend development principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred: Experience with performance optimization, security best practices, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
