AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Pricing Data Steward, Global Parts.

This role will be responsible for supporting data transfer, monitoring data quality, detecting outliers, and connecting multiple interfaces with robust processes to identify and resolve data issues.

Work closely with the 3rd party providers, business stakeholders and IT to define pricing data quality standards and implement processes to maintain and improve data quality and fix data quality issues.

The role will be responsible for leading the focus on ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.

He / She will be responsible for identifying data gaps, analyzing and automating market trends, and supporting price decisions to maximize opportunities.

He / She will leverage advanced analytical tools to support global pricing initiatives and opportunities bringing skills to provide best in class guidance for achieving strategic growth.

AI/ML Learning: leverage new and innovative solutions to automate pricing processes, data validation and outlier detection.

Your Impact

Data Transfer and Integration: Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure seamless data transfer between various systems and databases.

Data Monitoring: Continuously monitor data flows to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data.

Outlier Detection: Implement and manage processes for detecting and addressing data anomalies and outliers.

Data Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce data quality standards and procedures to maintain high data integrity.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

8 - 10 years' experience in an advanced data analytics role, preferably in aftersales parts and or pricing context

Experience with ETL processes and complex architecture of data integration

Detailed understanding of the complexities of modern business dynamics, preferably within a global organization

Agricultural, OEM pricing and/or After Sales sector experience is a plus
