Preservation Laborer

ViaSun Corporation is currently seeking hardworking and dedicated Preservation Laborers to join our team. As a Preservation Laborer, you will play a critical role in the preservation and maintenance of road surfaces.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the preparation of road surfaces for preservation work, including cleaning, sweeping, and crack filling.
• Assisting with the application of preservation materials such as seal coat, chip seal, or slurry seal.
• Operating equipment and tools necessary for preservation work.
• Assisting with traffic control and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Performing general maintenance tasks and equipment cleanup.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and contribute to a team. Previous experience in road maintenance or construction is preferred but not required. You should be physically fit, comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, and able to perform manual labor tasks. A dedication to safety and attention to detail are also important for success in this role.

Requirements

• No previous experience required, but experience in road maintenance or construction is preferred.
