As a director at one of our beautiful schools, you will play a vital role in maintaining and cultivating Stepping Stone School's proven and unique vision by supporting families and teachers through the development of our innovative curriculum deliberately crafted for the children in your care!

Fundamental Prerequisites

• Leadership Experience (professional and/or academic)
• Two years experience in a licensed ECE facility
• Must be able to visually see and hear children

• Build and maintain enrollment. Uphold the expectations to educate, and engage, the core values of Stepping Stone School.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain optimal day to day operations of the school
• Cultivate a positive and supportive setting for staff success, productivity, and satisfaction.
• Set, monitor, and model standards and expectations for staff as a whole.
• Inspire and hold staff accountable for ensuring compliance with Stepping Stone's industry-leading Quality Assurance standards.
• Supervising and inspiring a team of passionate, committed teachers through hands-on classroom support and engagement
• A self-motivated, straightforward, and diplomatic leader who is able to share and receive information respectfully, openly, and with kindness.
• A responsive, articulate, enthusiastic leader who can engage our children, families, staff, and community with authenticity and trust.
